Beetroot Smoothie (v)


Some may say that I am getting slightly addicted to smoothie making, they may be right. I love the earthy undertones of beetroot which really come out in this delicious smoothie. They are slightly softened by the sweet banana and the yogurt  so you needn’t worry that you will be overpowered. If the smoothie is too thick, loosen with a little coconut water or cold fresh water.

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of mixed berries
  • 150ml Beetroot Juice
  • 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt.

Put it all in the NutriBullet and whizz around.
